Data USA

DataUSA is a comprehensive website and visualization engine of public U.S. government data. A project of Deloitte, Datawheel, and Cesar Hidalgo, Professor at the MIT Media Lab and Director of Collective Learning, DataUSA is intended to help people understand and visualize the critical issues facing the United States in areas like jobs, skills, and education across industry and geography.Through advanced data analytics and visualization, DataUSA tells millions of stories about America--about towns, cities and states; occupations; thriving and declining industries, and more. The site has over 47,000 automated reports, each providing overall snapshots, topic-specific snapshots, and a series of data visualizations that can be modified, downloaded, or embedded.
