U.S. Census Office, Statistics of Bar, Sheet, and Railroad Iron Produced in the United States..., 1860 (1864)

This table from the 1864 U.S. Census Office report following the 1860 Census shows various statistics on the production of iron goods in the United States just before the Civil War. We used the data to create a bar graph comparing total tons of iron goods produced in Union versus Confederate States.
